My stay at the hotel was marked by a beautiful setting and extensive gardens, which created a tranquil atmosphere. However, service was quite lacking, especially during the off-season, and the dining experiences didn't live up to expectations, making the stay feel frustrating at times. The rooms were comfortable, but there were issues with our air conditioning during the day. While the amenities had potential, the overall execution left me wishing for a better experience.
